Subject	A/C diagnosis help

Message	On the way to work A/C was freezing, all of a sudden on the way home it starts blowing hot air. Borrowed A/C gauges from a friend and have high, low side pressure and low, high side pressure. Reading >120psi on the low(blue) side and about 126psi on the low side. Seems indicative of restricted flow in the system, like the compressor went out but I can't quite see if the compressor clutch is spinning from above the engine. Any thoughts?
